U.S. Department of Energy U.S. State Energy Program Competitive Meeting (Invitation Only)

The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Weatherization and Intergovernmental Programs will convene states awarded under the U.S. State Energy Program competitive process. The meeting will focus on state peer discussions on project updates and state technical assistance needs. It will include presentations by representatives from DOE's Office of Weatherization and Intergovernmental Programs within the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

Public Facility Retrofits and Resilience: ESPC Fundamentals and Resilience Opportunities (Open to All NASEO State and Affiliate Members)

This roundtable format workshop will explore the foundation and fundamentals of Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) programs and projects, including key issues such as measurement and verification, data collection and reporting, contractor lists, project facilitators, and state/local collaboration. Presenters will also discuss existing and forthcoming resources for states starting or refreshing programs.  In addition, the session will profile ways that some ESPC project leaders are incorporating resilience with efficiency for optimal outcomes at mission critical facilities.
