The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) 2025 Annual Meeting will take place in-person on October 27-30, 2025, at the Conrad Nashville in Nashville, Tenneessee. NASEO offers six levels of sponsorship between $5,000 to $20,000 (NASEO Affiliate Partners will receive a 10% discount on these rates) and benefits are maximized to give sponsors the best opportunities to engage participants and gain visibility during the event. In addition, NASEO can work with your organization to create customized sponsorship packages that best fit your needs.

Terms and Conditions
- Sponsors and exhibitors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For questions or if interested in available sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities, please contact to Shemika Spencer (sspencer@naseo.org). Note, Terawatt, Gigawatt, and Megawatt sponsorship confirmations must be received by Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- All payments are non-refundable and must be received by Friday, October 17, 2025. NASEO reserves the right to re-sell sponsorship for non-payment by the deadline.
- Sponsorship confirmations must be received by Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to ensure inclusion in the meeting brochure. After this date, sponsors should check with NASEO regarding availability.
- High resolution color logos are required in .eps and/or .jpeg formats. Please send logos via email to Shemika Spencer (sspencer@naseo.org). If suitable logos are not submitted, then the organization name will be used as a replacement.
- NASEO will be responsible for planning and production of all sponsored events and items.
